A holistic path to healing

I’m Agnes Windram, a registered psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma and chronic anxiety – online, wherever you are.

I believe that lasting healing happens when we address the whole person. Trauma and chronic anxiety don’t just live in our thoughts; they impact our physical bodies, our emotions, and our spirit. That’s why I move beyond traditional talk therapy.

What is it like to work with you?
Our sessions are a collaborative and safe space. My goal is always to help you feel grounded and empowered, not overwhelmed.

What are your qualifications and experience?
I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and Mental Health Counselor (MHC) with an MA in Psychology and a Double MA in Counseling. My specialized certifications include:

I’ve lectured on trauma and body psychotherapy at Naropa University and have deep experience helping clients at places like the Denver Children’s Advocacy Center and The Eating Disorder Foundation.

Do you offer online therapy? What about international clients?
Yes! I specialize in online therapy, which allows me to work with clients across the United States, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. I am passionate about serving a global community.

What languages do you speak?
I provide therapy in English, Spanish, Greek, and French. And I have a basic understanding of Egyptian Arabic.

How much does a session cost?
A standard 55-minute session is $120 | €100. I firmly believe finances should not be a barrier to healing, so I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on need. Please ask me about availability.
