A Holistic Path to Healing
I believe that lasting healing happens when we address the whole person. Trauma and eating disorders don’t just live in our thoughts; they impact our physical bodies, our emotions, and our spirit. That’s why I move beyond traditional talk therapy.
I am trained in and draw from a unique set of powerful, evidence-based modalities:
- Internal Family System (IFS): To help you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself with compassion.
- Somatic & Body-Based Techniques (EMDR & Somatic Experiencing): To release trauma stored in the body and help you feel safe and grounded.
- Focusing-Oriented Therapist (FOT & FOAT): To help you listen to your body’s innate wisdom and navigate emotions with clarity.
- Expressive Arts Therapies (Fitzmaurice Voicework): To find new ways to express and process feelings when words aren’t enough.
This allows me to tailor our work specifically to you. You are unique, and your therapy should be, too.
