I have lectured at Naropa University in the Master of Clinical Counseling and Body-Mind Psychotherapy.
And I am certified as a Clinical Traumatologist, Focusing-Oriented Therapist, and Internal Family System Psychotherapist.

Eating disorders often originate from feelings of anxiety, isolation, or disconnection from others or oneself.
They can leave you stuck in cycles of self-doubt, and unsure of how to navigate your emotions and relationships.

- Break the cycle of negative thoughts and behaviors.
